依照消費者保護法規定
為保障消費者的權益,線上購物的顧客享有商品到貨後7日內的猶豫期,您可以在此期間隨時解約並退貨。
然而,為了確保商品能夠順利退換,請您注意以下事項:商品必須保持全新狀態且完整包裝(包括商品主體、附件、內外包裝、隨附文件及贈品等)。
下列情形將可能影響您的退換貨權益:
- 商品包裝毀損、封條移除、吊牌拆除、貼膠移除、標籤拆除或已組裝、使用等情形。
- 任何超出必要檢查範圍或因顧客或收件人因素導致商品損毀、滅失或變更的情況。
瑕疵受理範圍
商品破損 / 商品短缺 (例如: 少卡牌)。 [商品請勿使用或下過水清洗]
抱歉以下情況不提供換貨服務
超過7天猶豫期之商品(以簽收快遞當天計算)。
個人衛生相關用品,如杯子、餐具、筷子、貼身用品等相關商品。
猶豫期非試用期,若商品已經拆封或使用,恕不退換。
因人為因素造成的損壞、染色等情況。
退換貨流程
1. 請務必先與客服聯繫辦理退換貨相關事宜。
2. 待雙方確認退換貨相關事宜後,請於3日內將商品(附完整包裝)寄回,逾期將不再受理。

3. 我們收到商品並檢驗商品無任何問題後,會於一週內通知您退貨退款或換貨後續資訊。
4. 如一年內因個人因素申請退款退貨超過3次,【獨人座珈琲館】將有權終止其網路會員權利。
退貨退款
收到您退回的商品,我們檢驗無誤後,會將相關退款金額退至您提供的帳戶裡。
如您是使用信用卡結帳,則會透過第三支付將款項退回您的信用卡,退款時間則依照各個不同發卡銀行而有所不同。
因退貨已開立折讓單,系統已寄送通知至您的信箱,無需回簽,敬請留意。
退貨運費
退換貨的所有運費將由顧客負擔,感謝您的理解。

Return and Exchange Policy

If you encounter any unpleasant situations during your shopping experience, we sincerely value your feedback and are committed to providing you with comprehensive after-sales service.
Please feel free to contact our customer service team, and we will be delighted to assist you in resolving any issues. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we appreciate your support and trust.
Please note that if you have any issues with the product after receipt, please contact customer service as soon as possible to obtain relevant after-sales service.
In accordance with Consumer Protection Laws
To protect consumer rights, online shoppers have a contemplation period of 7 days after receiving the product, during which you may cancel your order and return the item.
However, to ensure a smooth return or exchange, please pay attention to the following conditions:
products must remain in brand-new condition and in their complete packaging (including the product itself, accessories, internal and external packaging, accompanying documents, and gifts).
The following circumstances may affect your rights for returns and exchanges:
Damaged product packaging, removed seals, detached tags, removed adhesives, detached labels, or any signs of assembly or use;
Any damage, loss, or alteration of the product caused by factors beyond necessary inspection by the customer or recipient.
Scope of Defect Handling
Damaged products / Shortage of products (e.g., missing cards). [Products must not be used or washed before return.]
We apologize for the following circumstances where exchange services are not provided:
Products returned after the 7-day contemplation period (calculated from the date of receipt);
Personal hygiene items, such as cups, tableware, chopsticks, personal items, etc.;
If the product has been unsealed or used, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges;
Damage, staining, or other issues caused by human factors.
Return and Exchange Process
Please ensure you contact customer service first to handle any return or exchange-related matters.
After both parties confirm the details regarding the return or exchange, please send the product along with complete packaging back within 3 days. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Recipient: Single Seat Coffee , Product Customer Service DepartmentUpon receiving and inspecting the returned product with no issues, we will notify you within one week regarding the refund or exchange process.
If there are more than 3 refund requests due to personal reasons within a year, 【Single Seat Coffee】 reserves the right to terminate your online membership.
Refund Policy
After receiving and confirming that the returned product is in order, we will refund the amount to the account you provided.
If you paid by credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card via a third-party payment processor, with the refund time varying according to the policies of different issuing banks.
Please kindly note that the credit note has been issued due to your return. A notification has been sent to your email, no signature is required.
Return Shipping Costs
All shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be responsible by the customer.
